About

Love Make the World Go ‘Round. The sentiment reflected in these words has appeared in songs, books, theater, and film. Kindred sentiments such as Love Conquers All abound as well. But can love truly conquer all?

Randy and Katie shared these emotional opinions and were married, professing undying love for one another. No one who knew them doubted this profession, saying if ever two people loved each other, it had to be Randy and Katie. Yet, two years later, this marriage ended in a bitter divorce. What happened to their love? It seemed as though it just vanished into nothingness. Is love not the conquering force people believe it to be?

Physician Dean Ornish states: “The need for love and intimacy is a fundamental human need, as primal as the need for food, water, and air.” Whether we like it or not, finding that special someone is a human necessity

Praise for this book

I seriously think this book should be required reading for all teenagers in high school.
This book is just excellent; it explains in new ways what love is, what "in love" is, and isn't, how addictive it can be, how unreal it is when considering becoming one with another human being in a marriage. That kind of intimacy is what people crave, even if they don't know it. That kind of connection and intimacy is so rewarding, so fulfilling, that it makes life worth living.
